CSR Biotech Europe Heidelberg Imaging Center is now open!

We're excited to announce our state-of-the-art live-cell imaging facility, now fully operational with a dedicated culture room and cutting-edge imaging technologies.

Our platform includes:

• MI-SIM – Super-resolution at 60 nm with ultra-fast imaging modalities.
• Cell Xtreme – 3D advanced label-free live-cell imaging combined with SIM, ideal for long-term imaging without harming the cells, cell phenotyping and subcellular dynamics.
• Cell Xpanse – Explore thick samples in stunning detail. Fast, gentle, and enhanced with SIM technology for high-resolution imaging.

In January, we welcomed our first visiting researcher, Dr. Eleni Liapi from Aarhus University, Denmark. She spent three days exploring the power of Cell Xpanse and FINER, with guidance from our imaging experts, Dr. Christiaan Stuut and Dr. Ipek Altinoglu.
